Connect Pro and Play Pro Software Update
We pushed a software update for Connect Pro and Play Pro devices this week. Please see the details included below –
Connect Pro
- Update device to include most recent security patch
- Fixing some small bugs in device operation
- All devices to be provided with new G-mee Messenger SMS app
- All devices updated to access the G-mee Co-Pilot 2.0 Parental Control system
The G-mee Messenger App allows SMS to be remotely managed. Block/Allow sms to and from the Connect Pro by phone number. Also allows Video/Audio/Images not to be sent from device to others.
Play Pro
- Update device to include most recent security patch
- Fixing some small bugs in device operation, including user reported Family Link Deactivation on device restart
- All devices updated to access the G-mee Co-Pilot 2.0 Parental Control system
Both software updates will present as an ‘over the air’ update once the G-mee Connect Pro and Play Pro device is connected to wifi. All devices will be pushed to install and update this latest firmware.
After updating your device/s, you can check the build number on the About phone on the settings if they match numbers in this image.
